Penn State University offers International Student Scholarships to international first-year students who are enrolled full-time at Penn State University’s Greater Allegheny campus. This award is offered on a competitive basis to international first-year students who complete applications by January 30, 2014. Transfer students are not eligible for this award. This scholarship will help defray the costs of the full-time, out-of-state tuition for international students. Fifteen students will be selected to receive $2,000 their first year.

The Coady International Institute St. Francis Xavier University is offering global change leaders scholarship program in Canada. This is a seven-week education program which provides successful candidates with a full scholarship that includes tuition, travel  meals and accommodations. Women applicants from developing countries are eligible for this scholarship. Applicant must hold a university degree or a combination of post-secondary education and experience. English language proficiency is required.

Application deadline is January 17, 2014.

The Reserve Bank of New Zealand offers scholarships for international students in 2014. Scholarships are available for Honours, Master’s or Final Year of PhD students in the field of Economics, Finance and Banking at a New Zealand University. Students must have attained at least B+ average and be studying full time over the academic year (February to November). The value of each scholarship will be $10,000. This money will be paid fortnightly during the academic year.

Application deadline is January 15, 2014.

Applications are invited for SINGA Award August 2014 intake. The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR), the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and the National University of Singapore (NUS) offers Graduate Awards, Singapore. 240 SINGA Awards will be given every year to top students from all over the world. Scholarships are provided in Science & Engineering. Applicants can pursue a PhD degree in any field of study for which they can demonstrate interest and capability. This scholarship is available for pursuing PhD degree level.

The application deadline is Jan 1, 2014 for August 2014.

Cranfield School of Management is offering scholarship for MBA candidates from the defence sectors who want to pursue a full-time MBA at Cranfield School of Management. Applicants from outside the EU who require a Visa to study in the UK are advised to submit their application sooner than the recommended deadline.
