Economics Scholarships for International Students

University of Aberdeen is offering economics scholarships for MSc programmes. Up to 40 scholarships will be awarded to international students. These scholarships are offered for a period of 12 month. Successful candidates must be classed as international for tuition fee purposes and will have the equivalent of a UK upper second class degree. Applications will close 30th June 2014.

Master Study Grants for International Students

The Foundation for the Lugano Faculties of USI is offering master study grants within the faculties of Economics, Communication Sciences and Informatics. For the 2014-15 academic year, the Foundation for the Lugano Faculties of USI will award a total of 60 one-off study grants of the amount of 4’000 CHF each. International Foundation Programme Entry Economics Scholarships

University of Reading is offering international scholarships for joining the International Foundation Programme starting in September and January. Total eight economics scholarships are awarded for a period of two year. Each scholarship of £7000 will be deducted from the successful candidate’s IFP tuition fee. Applications must be submitted by 20th June 2014 (September entry) and 24th October 2014 (for the January entry).

UQ Economics Scholarships for Brazil and Latin America

Economics scholarships are available for pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate degree at UQ School of Economics. Applicants must achieve excellent results in the International Baccalaureate with a score of 37; or achieved excellent results in A Levels with a score of 12. 2 Economics scholarships will be offered towards 100% tuition fee waiver. Mrs Emily O Akinluyi Economics Scholarship for Undergraduate Students

Chair in Economics of Disasters PhD Scholarship

Economics scholarships are available for undertaking PhD degree at Victoria University. A Master Degree in Economics (or a related discipline) is required. Good knowledge of STATA or GIS is preferable. PhD scholarships will be awarded up to three years. Scholarships include $25,000 annual stipend plus tuition fees. University of Queensland Economics Scholarships

University of Queensland is offering scholarships for Vietnamese students on the basis of academic excellence and extra-curricular activities. Applicants must complete an undergraduate degree from a recognized institution with a GPA of at least 8 out of 10 on the Vietnamese grading scale. Scholarships cover up to 100% of tuition fees for students. The application deadline is 31st October 2014.

Everglades Foundation Research Fellowships & Scholarships

These fellowships and scholarships are available to full-time graduate research students for pursuing advanced research. Both scholarships and fellowships provide $ 20,000 / year (PhD level) and $ 10,000 / year (MSc level) for stipends, tuition fees, travel and other research-related expenses. This year, at least two fellowships will be awarded. The number of scholarships depends on the number and quality of applications. The deadline for applications is July 1, 2014.

Algeria Government Undergraduate Economics Scholarships

Government of the Democratic of People’s Republic of Algeria is awarding economics scholarships for Tanzanian students. To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must have completed and passed Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education and have obtained an average grade of ‘B’ in the relevant subjects and not be admitted in Higher learning institutions.
