The Harry Ransom Center is offering research fellowships for projects that require substantial on-site use of its collections. Applicants for one- to three-month fellowships and travel stipends must have a PhD or be an independent scholar with a substantial record of achievement; if the PhD is in-progress, the proposal and letters of recommendation must clearly indicate completion by June 1, 2015.
US citizens and foreign nationals are eligible to apply. Applications should be submitted till January 15, 2015.

Fellowship is awarded for training toward an MPH degree at an accredited university during the first year, followed by mentored research with investigators at the NCI. The initial appointment will be for 1 year and may be renewed on a yearly basis. The typical duration is 4 years (year 1: master’s degree; years 2 through 4: NCI Summer Curriculum in Cancer Prevention and mentored research). The deadline for all applications is August 25, 2014 and the deadline for all supporting documentation is August 31, 2014.
Applications are invited for postgraduate bursaries available for Australian and international students to study at Bond University. Applicants must be academically qualified for entry into your chosen program and accept a place in the program if one is offered.
The bursary comes in the form of a cash payment of $4,200 to help with your living expenses while you study. Bursaries will be awarded on the basis of community involvement, leadership qualities, artistic achievements, sporting achievements and other activities. Applications are invited for Fernand Braudel senior fellowships available for established academics with an international reputation. The fellowship lasts 3-10 months in one of the EUI’s four Departments which in turn invite fellows to participate in departmental activities (seminars, workshops, colloquia, etc.).
The monthly stipend is € 3,000. The amount of the grant for successful applicants whose normal place of residence is within 90 km of Florence will be fixed at a lower rate.
