Scholarship Description: University is committed to enrolling a diverse and dynamic class for fall 2014. We are offering a scholarship to international first-year students who are enrolled full-time at Penn State University’s Greater Allegheny campus. This scholarship will help defray the costs of the full-time, out-of-state tuition for international students.
